Pre-construction

After value-engineering your design to maximize every dollar, we’ll handle permitting, expediting the approval to build.

Construction Management

Our strong project controls keep your project on track. Our build process is carefully orchestrated to control variables and eliminate inefficiencies at every step. We use digital controls to monitor schedules and budgets, managing change with speed and flexibility to ensure all functions proceed to plan. We coordinate every detail, scheduling progress meetings and using technology to maintain open communication between team members. We benchmark to quality and safety standards, ensuring code-compliance with third-party inspections. Post-construction

We deliver a positive experience throughout the building lifecycle. Once the building is installed, our AMS team prepares for closeout, executing a punch list to ensure the building conforms to specs and following up to ensure the project has been completed to the client’s satisfaction. To make certain the building is safe, comfortable and functional over its full lifecycle, we train school staff on the operation and monitoring of our building systems and offer a comprehensive warranty to cover future issues.
