Fully custom design creates a special place for children with special needs.

EUSD needed a conveniently located facility to provide specialized services for severely handicapped preschoolers within the District. AMS created a multi-use single-story building on the Olive Ranch campus, building to strict specs to meet a variety of educational and developmental needs in a safe, comfortable, well-lit environment with superior acoustics and IAQ. Special education classrooms, a therapy room, nurse’s room, observation room, quiet room, office, laundry and restrooms are all ADA-compliant with wide doorways and hallways for easy wheelchair access. The building exterior shares ranch-style design elements with other campus buildings, including lap siding, a steep pitch metal roof, tapered concrete pillars and olive green accents.
