American Modular Systems, Inc.,
is an American manufacturer, designing and building commercial, institutional and modular buildings from warehousing to school classrooms. Our custom services are designed to meet each client’s individual needs, including a team of experts in engineering, procurement, construction management and all phases of turnkey projects.
One of the most respected, long-established modular manufacturers in the west, American Modular’s custom manufacturing and administrative facilities built in 2002 are on 35 acres with over 200,000 Sq. Ft. of enclosed Buildings.
Throughout our history, American Modular Systems has
designed and built several thousand modular buildings
throughout the West Coast. Due to our ambitious engineering
and construction methods, American Modular has been
involved in construction projects suited for a variety of
climates, from the arid California desert to the -60ºF Arctic
climate of the Bering Sea in Alaska. In addition to our
aggressive engineering and construction methods, American Modular also attributes our organization’s pride in its

Today, American Modular Systems specializes in manufacturing DSA-approved rigid steel “moment” frame modular school facilities. All of our modular schools meet the approval of the California Division of State Architects. We have several piggy-back contracts available to meet your school district’s immediate class-size reduction program, with a team of experts ready to provide solutions to your class-size reduction needs.
